Free postage within Australia with Australia Post for orders over $65 (excludes framed original artwork). A flat rate of $9.95 for orders up to $65. All International orders will be shipped by Australia Post International. Please contact studio to arrange international shipping and domestic shipping for framed artwork.
RETURNS Should you not be satisfied with your item upon receipt for any reason, I gladly accept returns with a return period of 14 days. Please contact me within this period if you have any problems with your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to Farley Cameron, 6 Hanlon St,Buderim,QLD. 4556 Australia To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all of its labelling. We also require your receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. This will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7 days. If your refund is rejected and you wish to have your items returned to you, it will be at your own cost. Sale items cannot be returned
Exchanges We will exchange your items if they are defective, or damaged, for the same items you purchased originally. Please contact us at email@example.com and send your item to Farley Cameron, 6 Hanlon StBuderimQLD 4556 Australia. A copy of your receipt, or proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or postage costs for returning your items. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items it is advised you use a traceable shipping service. Our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a return, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged items to reach you, may also vary.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at www.farleycameronart.com or through our mobile application. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
